 Note:  Attached to the deeds is an undated  house plan of Hazara which could be from 1884.  This tenuous assumption is because in the title deeds above  there is a Conveyance of land (in red on the plan), and this plan may have related to that

 

What was interesting on this house plan  is that the first outbuilding is named the bakery, the second as the store,  and the room facing onto the street is called the coach house.  This room was  the  place where Jas.Berry had his polish manufacturing business in the  early part of the twentieth century.
