Helmdon racer Mr Michael Neuhoff celebrated
a successful 2001 season when he collected the Volkswagen Racing
Cup at a special presentation ceremony.
Mr Neuhoff won six of the 12 Racing Cup rounds in his VW Beetle
and took enough points in the other heats to take the championship.
VW marketing manager, Mr John Holman, and championship co-ordinator,
Kay Carter, handed Mr Neuhoff his trophy at a ceremony in Leicester.
