The 26th Helmdon Carnival will take place over the bank holiday weekend.
The carnival kicks off on Saturday, August 23, where there will be two bands on the sports field at 7.30 pm.
Tickets for this event will be available on the gates and entrance fee includes a pig roast supper.
On Sunday, August 24 people can take part in a fun quiz and raffle at The Bell and entrance fee includes a pig roast supper.
On bank holiday Monday, August 25, the carnival procession will parade throughout the village at 1.30 pm, followed by a full afternoon of events including a dog show, dance display, children’s fairground and quad bikes, local crafts and produce, vintage ploughing and refreshments.
